Attach the pedometer securely and vertical to your waistband or belt, close to the center of your body.
False mounting or walking way will possibly cause inaccurate result.

Press the "RESET" key for 3 seconds to clear all the numbers and start the measurement.

Do not disassemble the pedometer except in replacing the battery.
This will cause damage to it or influence the measuring accuracy.
